RETURNS

At Tuft Love, we strive to produce beautifully crafted fine furniture that makes you and your children feel happy to receive. To ensure your satisfaction, we will happily take back any non-custom furniture item and gladly issue you an online credit, that will not expire and can be used to exchange for another piece or for future pieces. Returns must be received by Tuft Love within 21 days from receipt. If you do with to return your purchase, please send an email to hello@tuftlovefurniture.com and a return form will be sent to you.

**Furniture items that are not considered custom are the white on white finish and upholstery options, shown in the furniture section of our website. Furniture items that are considered custom are any paint finishes, upholstery and buttons that are of color. Please note that custom designed pieces require payment in full prior to your order and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for any reason. Please note that variations in color and texture always exist due to dye lots. There might also be variations from illustrated photos online or in print.

U.S. SHIPPING

Our Standard All domestic shipping is calculated at time of purchase and sent via U.P.S. direct. Priority shipping is available on some items and must be quoted separately. Please inquire at hello@tuftlovefurniture.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

It is our pleasure to work with our international community of clients and retailers. While we don’t quote shipping and customs, we are pleased to offer a concierge to help connect you to and coordinate delivery through local agents. We have a number of international shippers that we can refer for you to arrange a quote for shipping to your locale.

Please Note

It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Tuft Love is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.

Additionally, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
